Big door engineering
We like to be innovative, here we engineered a big door that will be fitted on the hullside of a vessel.
The benefits of our system are that it requires minimal space on the inside as we use an x-haul system to open and close the door leaves.
Using carbon we can also keep the weight and thickness down to a minimal.
3,5m Custom carbon Gangway
We custom built a ultra light carbon gangway of 3,5m for a catamaran.
For the client storage was important so stanchions and spreader bars can be stored inside the gangway when folded.
360 rotating wheels were one of his criteriums that we solved.
We think details are important, so if we can we make things flush when not in use.
Custom carbon steps
The captain of a chaser boat contacted us to discuss his wishes for some steps to the boat, important items for him were easy to handle safe feel when walking on.
We exceeded his imagination as we also added more details.
Simple but effective storage of quick pins.
Carbon fiber milling
We have noticed that carbon milling gives us the best precision and strength in many cases.
We use this method quite frequently in our projects.
